Expedition Greenland
I'm thrilled to have been the photographer on this expedition. We set sail from Iceland and made our way to Greenland's eastern shores, visiting bustling villages and untouched areas alike. My aim was to capture everything from the unique spirit of Greenland's people to the raw beauty of its landscapes and the echoes of its history.
The contrasts here are profound—vibrant communities thriving amid some of the most extreme weather conditions on the planet. Each photo tells a story, from the warmth of a local smile to the stark, icy expanses that stretch seemingly into eternity. As a documentary photographer, it's my job to bring these stories to light, showcasing not just the struggles and the serenity, but also the resilience and the rich cultural tapestry of Greenland.
